We will not be feeding you until after 6pm. 12:00 (noon) Leadership arrives for meeting 1:00 Students arrive at AVHS Note: Make sure you have your instrument, uniform, gloves, shoes, LONG black socks, under attire for uniform (spandex shorts and black under armor tee) 1:15 Rehearsal - Students please be on the field at this time, don’t be late. 3:30 End rehearsal/Load equipment Note: Band Parents/Roadies arrive by this time to load trailers 4:30 Dress in uniform 5:15 Load Buses 5:30 Depart 6:00 Arrive at Sierra Vista High School & unload trucks Note: Sierra Vista High School 8100 W Robindale Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89113 Dinner provided by Band Boosters 7:15 Physical Warm-up 8:00 Depart for music warm-up 8:15 Music warm-up 9:00 Depart for gate; Pit and Props report to gate at this time 9:10 Gate time 9:15 4-minute call time 9:15 Performance time!!
