Lunch will NOT be provided for students as many of our volunteers will already be at Sam Boyd Stadium. The band will be given snacks before we depart. Note: Make SURE you have your instrument, uniform, gloves, shoes, LONG black socks, under attire for uniform (spandex shorts and BLACK under armor tee). 11:40 Rehearsal Begins on Football Field 1:30 PM Load equipment trucks 3:30 Load Bus & Depart 4:30 Arrive at Sam Boyd (Watch band performances) 6:05 Dinner Break & Unload Truck Note: Dinner provided by Band Boosters 7:30 Music Warmup 8:25 Depart for Gate 8:40 Gate Time 8:45 Performance Time! (Must have sleeves!) THE TRUCKS WILL BE LOADED FRIDAY NIGHT AFTER THE HALFTIME PERFORMANCE OF THE FOOTBALL GAME.  6:00 Depart for Dixie State University   Dixie State University  225 S 700 E. St George, UT 84770 Note: Time change will be 1 hour ahead traveling to St. George!  9:00 MST Arrive at Dixie State University / Unload Trucks / Organize equipment  10:30 Snacks provided (parents will pick a spot in the picnic area)  11:55 Depart for Music Warmup  12:10 PM Music Warmup (Area C)  12:40 PIT Depart for Gate   12:50 BAND Depart for Gate / PIT Gate Time  1:05 BAND Gate Time  1:15 Performance Time! Go Aggies!!  1:30 Performance Concludes (Pictures afterward)  1:45 Return equipment to trailers to be organized   2:00 Lunch provided by parent volunteers then go watch bands in the stadium  5:15 Awards Ceremony (AV Band must sit together in stands)  5:45 Stadium Cleared  NOTE: If the band makes finals, please follow the rest of the schedule below! Saturday's 6 Flags Magic Mtn itinerary. If your student did not come to see me, they are NOT in the list. They will not be allowed on the busses if they are not on the approved list. 4:45 AM Students arrive at AVHS 5 AM Busses leave 8 AM Stop for breakfast in Barstow, CA 10:30 AM Arrive at Magic Mtn. **Students are responsible for all their own meals. 9:30 PM Students meet at designated meeting spot and walk together to the busses. Busses leave for Las Vegas 3 AM Students arrive at AVHS. This is not a set time. Students will call/text to let you know we have arrived in Vegas. ****Parent MUST be prompt picking up students. The school will not be open.****
